• Monitor and ensure that standard kitchen operating procedures are met.
• Responsible for food costs and labor costs.
• Work with the Executive Chef on developing new menu items.
• Oversee the line during service while monitoring cooks progress and flow of service.
• Support and manage prep for service; ensure all prep items and recipes are made to the standard.
• Supervises hourly back-of-house staff and fills a role on the line or expo as needed.
• Manage inventory and costs with the Executive Chef.
• Manage prep and execution of a Banquet Event Order for private functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Culinary Arts Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of kitchen management.
• Prior experience in menu creation and training.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Must exhibit top-notch teamwork.
• Exceptional communication and supervisory skills.

Spring Mill Country Associates consists of four properties that offer a variety of amenities located in the heart of Bucks County, PA. Spring Mill Country Club is a private 18-hole golf course that is also home to Judd's and Jackson's Restaurant, a casual family-friendly restaurant featuring seasonal American cuisine. Our banquet rooms host numerous private parties including bridal and baby showers as well as weddings and funeral luncheons. Spring Mill Manor is located directly across the street and is a large celebration and wedding venue with classic architecture and meticulous gardens. This facility can host up to 2,000 guests in our four banquet rooms. The Spring Mill Athletic Club is our fitness center featuring a full service gym, dance academy and summer camp. Spring Mill Swim Club sits next door with an outdoor swimming pool allowing plenty of summer fun.
