Sommelier (
Hourly + Tips) to join our team!
We are searching for a competitive Sommelier to join our high calibre team at The Monkey Bar in New York, NY 10022.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for all things food, beverage and PEOPLE, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
Our Sommeliers at Hogsalt are considered both wine and service ambassadors who pride themselves on being supportive and proactive team members in all aspects of Restaurant Service.

Duties typically include inspiring & training fellow team members with humble wine education, building connections with our Guests, and being a consistent advocate for wines of all price points and values.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Inspire and lead an inclusive wine culture.
- Provide knowledgeable, humble wine education for teammates and guests.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Beverage Team & Wine Director.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Able to inspire, motivate & develop teammates.
- High energy floor presence.
- Able to identify & solve problems with a positive mindset.
