Solar Superintendent Position
Manage the scheduling for 2-3 crews.
Communicate with builder superintendents
Manage pull tags for the jobs
Manage timecards and safety paperwork for the crews
2-3 years installing experience & 2-3 years of managing crews experience
Pay: Negotiable / Going Rate $75K - $80K range
Position Responsibilities The Foundation's Superintendent is responsible for coordinating craft, crews, preparing daily work plan for solar pile installation. Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a strong understanding of pile driving activities on the project
- Assist in the work plan process helping to develop pile driving templates, size equipment and quantities, develop crew sizing to achieve required production rates
- Maintain a thorough understanding of pile driving equipment and pile driving means and methods
- Ensure site is maintaining equipment through inspection processes and required preventative maintenance.
- Report and certify accurate installed quantities to the project engineering on a daily and weekly basis
- Ability to Calibrate machine and GPS Controls Education GED High School Diploma Position Requirements ·

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of equipment safety and maintenance
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Valid driver's license

- Solar Experience Anticipated base

Construction site environment includes early stage permitting, development and auditing through finished roads and features. Extensive travel with driving to remote sites along with office work in field conditions is also included. We maintain a drug-free workplace. Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug test as a condition of employment.
