Solar Inside Sales Advisors (Hourly plus Commission)
Job description
$17-$22 PER HOUR DOE PLUS COMMISSION - EARNING POTENTIAL OF $75,000+ IN THE FIRST YEAR
Must have solar sales experience.
Responsible for engaging potential customers via phone, text, and email, in the goal of closing existing Solar prospects. Potential work paid solar leads and pitch via phone or video.
This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success via a solid base pay, plus an aggressive commission.
This position requires no travel.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow up with past clients.
- Provide Solar information to past clients.
- Present Solar options to past prospects.
- Keep a detailed log of contacts in our company database.
- Help increase and expand our sales territory.
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
- Additional duties required as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.

- Previous solar sales experience required.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in sales or cold-calling, or other related fields required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
