Job Description:
Sales Consultants help homeowners learn about renewable energy and walk them through their switch to clean energy while saving money. The primary task of Sales Consultants is to generate leads by gathering basic information. This information is to create a report for homeowners to analyze. Methods of lead generation include but are not limited to hybrid door-to-door (D2D), social media marketing, referrals, and cold calling. There is plenty of room for growth: area leader and management positions will be available for those who display exceptional work ethic!
Responsibilities:
- Complete 1-on-1 training
- Complete field training
- Identify markets and manage your territory
- Adhere to the company’s standards of service
- Generate leads by setting appointments
- Input customer information through online portal
- Follow-up with customers through phone
- Keep track of personal quotas
- Make a positive impact on the company
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Driver’s license
- Reliable smartphone
- Laptop or tablet
- Door-to-door experience: 1 year (not required)
- Sales experience: 1 year (not required)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (not required)
- Have great communication skills
