Sojourner House Lead Staff
Catholic Charities is currently looking to fill a Shelter Staff Position at the Sojourner House in Eau Claire working with our community homeless population. The Staff would assist in the operations and provide shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers during the evening and night shifts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making & interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/ or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.
Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends.
Shifts would be 6:30 pm – 1:30 am and 1:30 am – 9:30 am.
The starting wage is $15.00-$18.00/hour. Sign-On Bonus program: New hires are eligible for a $200 bonus after successful completion of 30 days, and a $300 bonus after 6 months of employment. Students interested in the human services field encouraged to apply!
