Position: Software Validation Lead

Location: Remote/ Farmington Hills ,MI

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Manage testing activities within a domain (e.g. address tasks to Validation Lead Instance)
• Develop the Work Breakdown Structure for the assigned test centers
• Estimate effort and resources on domain level and assign them to the test instances
• Perform risk analysis on concern records
• Management of risks and issues
• Work package planning
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Define test strategy and test concept on validation domain
• Track test progress on domain level
• Detail domain-specific work packages and align with the Validation Project Lead (VPL)
• Responsible for the quality and the timely delivery of validation domain assigned work packages

Skills

Has overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure on all activities assigned to the Software Test Domain. Identify, establish, plan, coordinate and monitor the activities, tasks and resources in the context of the project requirements and constraints.
o Automotive software and systems development, incl. hardware/ software interfaces (e.g. real time systems, bus systems, diagnosis protocols)
o Performance of reviews as well as review-techniques
o Automotive SPICE
o Agile management and methods
o Methods, procedures and techniques required by functional safety standard (ISO 26262)
o Methods, procedures and techniques required by cyber security standard (ISO 21434)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
