As the Software Trainer, you'll develop a technical training curriculum that ensures our clients learn how to use our software during implementation and whenever there is a software enhancement release. You'll also develop internal and external training programs to transfer knowledge on software use and address competency gaps for client users and employees.

What you'll work on:

  • Review and Understand User Guide and get hands on experience navigating through the UI
  • Review and Understand Use Cases and Test Scripts to further your knowledge of the platform
  • Elicit information from observation, research, and interviews with product designers, subject matter experts, and others to gain a deep understanding of risk adjustment software, methodology and processes
  • Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts and offer professional services training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Develop and maintain effective instructional aids such as manuals, handbooks, and online resources, and ensure up-to-date versions are accessible by clients in a timely manner
  • Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools for adult learners
  • Design and apply assessment tools to track and measure training effectiveness and report on training outcomes
  • Handle logistics for training activities including training sites, user access, venues, and equipment
  • Assist in planning, developing, organizing, writing, and editing operational procedures and manuals
  • Assist in creating high-level life-cycle and value stream to detailed process map
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality training on Veradigm Submission solution to customers, partners and employees, both on-site and through web-based tools.
  • Participate in maintaining training materials and customize, as needed.
  • Work with Support and Product teams and clients to develop effective training agendas, deliver on those agendas, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of current Veradigm solutions and new releases

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate training role
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts and terminology into layperson terms
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid regulatory data submissions is a plus
  • Experience creating software release notes is a plus
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • EDI and US healthcare system knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business computing or related field, or equivalent experience.
