POSITION SUMMARY:

SC Strategic Solutions is an established software company looking for an individual to join our existing team of highly skilled and successful professionals. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Software Support Specialists provide customer support to our growing customer base, best in class software and delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical problems to our end users. We also support product development, documentation, testing and training. As a member of the IT Team, you will be responsible for software testing, software setup, identifying opportunities and end user support.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide first line technical support to customers: identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required, resolving support tickets in a timely manner, resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
• Test applications and ensure performance is as designed.
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps as required
• Transition key information to our development team to ensure continued successful support of internal business customer and provide support to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
• Assist with development of technical documentation
• Provide support to our sales and software developers as necessary.

NO Nights: Work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

NO Weekends: Work Monday - Friday

• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload through various channels of communication: telephone, chat and email
• Effectively manage client expectations - communicating project status and delays to the client and management.
• Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
• Ability to collaborate within the support team, across software development and sales to find solutions and drive impactful change that leads the industry
• Ability to travel to client locations for onsite training and support if necessary (within Ohio)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
