In line with our mission, we are looking to recruit a Software Developer to join our team. This is a remote position anywhere in the US.

The Role
At RLDatix, you’re more than a Software Engineer—you’re a solution owner. The software you build will help patients experience safer care at hospitals globally.

Our cross functional delivery teams collaborate using modern software development methodologies and tools. Essential duties include the design, development and testing of code, primarily within the Microsoft technology stack, on new and legacy platforms.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will apply best practices to build the foundations of our software. Someone who wants to work on an open and transparent team that encourages collaboration across departments, training and growth as you help build the future of RLDatix.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and technical advice on an enterprise-wide scale.
• Design application interfaces and integration across diverse systems.
• Balance security, compliance and business requirements with development speed.
• Provide effort estimates of upcoming work and progress status of current work.
• Apply the automated test pyramid.
• Produce complete deliverables of high quality (in line with coding standards, security standards, general development conventions, and the requirements of the deliverables).
• Collaborate in a supportive self-organizing, cross-functional team environment utilizing agile practices.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development or related field.
• 3+ years of experience In Software Development using .NET REQUIRED.
• Experience developing in a relevant language (C#, JavaScript/TypeScript), Microsoft SQL Server and developing a multi-tenant SaaS distributed system.
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, Package Managers, Angular, React, Unit Testing, relational databases, NoSQL, Git, SO, OWASP, Docker.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all levels within the organization.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
