Social Worker - Acute

JOB DETAILS

We are partnering with a hospital that needs a Social Worker with a current MA license to work primarily with discharging. Prior discharge experience in an acute setting is required. Must have a Massachusetts license before starting.

REQUIREMENTS

vax required - dealbreaker acute experience substantial discharge experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

current MA lic LCSW preferred
