Wings Over is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team in the Columbus, OH area. You will play an important role in the success of all Wings Over restaurants by showcasing the brand to all of our online followers. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of all social media platforms, who has a passion for creating all content, and who is innovative in the online social world, always pushing the boundaries.
Day in the Life: (includes, but not limited to)
- Develop and manage our social media content calendar
- Create social media content: capture and edit photos and videos for all social platforms, especially Tik Tok
- Manage, post, and monitor all social media platforms, continually innovating with the latest trends, while engaging and responding to users; posting/reposting on a daily basis
- Monitor and respond to guests’ online feedback (Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc)
- Manage all paid social ads Copywriter for all social posts, press releases, etc
- Proactively network with followers for partnerships to execute influencer strategies
- Plan and execute social media and/or influencer events. Potential opportunities to travel for new store openings to coordinate promotions and influencer events
- Assist with corporate-owned restaurant marketing, including fundraiser initiatives and outreach
- Aid in system-wide new store openings and food drop execution
- Other related duties as assigned
- 1-3 years experience facilitating social media content
- Experience with content planning/creation, calendar management, and guest service
- Experience with food photography/video, preferably Instagram Reel and Tik Tok based
- Strong eye for social media trends
- A passion for restaurants and love for great food
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Willingness to participate in Nest Visitation: Travel to work in-store for a shift 1-2 times per year
