Summary of Job: The Social Media Coordinator will be part of our marketing team and will report to the Marketing Director. This position will reside in St Louis, with the opportunity to visit our Nashville office often. The Social Media Coordinator will manage Hoffmann Brothers social efforts in terms of brand awareness, community partnerships, and local influencers. The social media coordinator will work across various social media platforms and push innovation by connecting the Hoffmann Brothers brand with people: both team members and customers. The right candidate will lead with a digital-first mindset, possess exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented and cultivate creative thinking.

What you will be working on:

• Brand Steward to connecting our people-first culture with our customers
• Carry out marketing campaigns across all social media platforms
• Be the boots on the ground capturing the content on job sites, in the community, at events, and around the office.
• Coordinate video & graphics as needed to accompany the content
• Identify emerging social channel trends while improving operating procedures to manage deliverables spanning content creation, scheduling, monitoring campaigns, and reports
• Manage influencer relationships
• Other tasks as assigned

• Someone who resides in St Louis
• Quick learner who is able & excited to jump into learning about our brand
• Advanced user of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Strong writer & pay close attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Canva
• Graphic design & video editing skills

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, fingers, handle controls, hear, and talk. Individuals may need to sit at a desk or table for long periods of time. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employees in an office environment may be required to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds depending on the position.
