- Social Media Expertise: Lead the development and execution of social media marketing that is integrated into a full brand marketing plan
- Content Marketing Expertise: Lead client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, strengthening the trust and confident for the company
- Champion smart, strong creative while rigorously representing the target and the client’s business at all phases of the work
- Manage teams that engage target audiences, respond to customer service issues and garner user generated content
- Stay current on new social media platforms, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them, so that the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
- Lead social media strategy and content marketing planning, partnering within the department, with media to develop amplification plans and with other agency departments to ensure integration and excellence
- Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates
- Supervise, guide and train Account Executive and Account Coordinator teammates, as applicable
What you will need:
- The successful candidate should possess at least eight years of relevant experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure
- The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy
- Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills
