Front-of-House HEALTH FOOD CAFE Team Member

CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR:

WEEKDAY & WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

SoBol is a café primarily serving acai bowls and fruit smoothies.

SoBol is currently seeking front-of- house employees to join our rapidly growing team. You will learn how to properly perform every task necessary to work at a SoBol. This includes creating acai bowls, cutting specialty fruits, working the cash register, blending smoothies, cleaning and prepping.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Makes acai bowls

• Blends smoothies

• Ensures the neatness, cleanliness and orderliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping,

stocking shelves, removing trash, etc.

• Presents a clean-cut, neat and professional image.

• Exhibits and encourages proper hygiene and sanitary habits.

• Maintains a friendly, courteous and cheerful demeanor.

• Embody the brand and culture of SoBol

Qualifications

• Restaurant kitchen experience preferred.

• Willingness to be a team player and a hard worker.

• Must be friendly and outgoing.

• Able to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.

• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.'
