Beech Mountain Resort is hiring full and part time ticket cashiers. We take great pride in providing a quality product for our customers; therefore, it is important that we hire dedicated, responsible, and personable employees. Positive employee morale is imperative, so we strive to ensure a fun and exciting working environment
Main Responsibilities:
- Operating the cash register and handling cash/credit transactions with customers
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance our guests experience on the resort
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Responsible for turning in all cash, credit reports and receipts into Cash Control
- Keeping ticket station/booth clean and organized
