Job Description

Stock Storage racks and remove product from rack
-
Palletize freight, manually load/unload boxes.
-
Operates lift to load and unload freight and manually sorts as needed
-
Responsible for putting cartons into and removing from storage racks that are up to 30 feet high.

Operate lift in a safe and efficient manner

Perform daily inspections of lift and change battery as needed.
Skills
-
Must be able to pass a written and driving high bay operator test

Must be able to read pertinent information in English on a RF device and cartons

Must have a high regard for quality and attendance

Able to safely and efficiently operate a pallet jack and/or forklift.
Education/ Experience
-
Years of related experience - 1 year Plus
-
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
Physical Demands
-
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

Continuous standing required

Must be able to work from a platform that reaches 30 feet high
Typical Working Conditions
Will work around equipment, such as conveyors and rolling stock, which could contain hazards. Other exposures found in a distribution center such as high level of noise and dust may exist for this position.
