Job responsibilities to include:
- Recruitment & hiring of personnel
- Oversight of drivers and laborers
- Route scheduling and work assignments
- Monitor all services for quality, efficiencies, and completion
- Evaluating fleet and inventory to ensure proper maintenance
- Resolve customer service issues
