We are currently looking for Shuttle Driver

Shuttle Driver SUMMARY: Provides ENTHUSIASTIC, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, assistance to all Guests and fellow associates and maintains this level of service at all times. Shuttle Bus Driver must have Class B License with Air Break Certification is required. Assists guests in carrying baggage. Must be able to lift and/or move 25-100 pounds. Assists with driving shuttle bus to and from Disneyland as scheduled and as needed according to business demand.

Shuttle Bus Driver ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Greets and welcomes Guests to Hotel with a big genuine smile and welcoming body language and tone of voice.
• Uses radio communication to check in with team on a regular basis.
• Conducts daily basic Bus inspection, keeps track and reports any bus issues/concerns and drives busses to shop when needed.
• Required to maintain proper logs for each bus on a daily basis. Participates in safety inspections by CHP annually.
• Keeps updated with current daily driving schedule and coordinates with other drivers if assistance is required due to business demand.
• Informs Guests of facilities, hours of operation, promotes Bistro, Deli, Lounge, Room Service, Pool, Game Room, Disney Shuttle.
• Assist with luggage when needed.
• Provides assistance with room changes. Assures Guest Satisfaction.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS Shuttle Bus Driver:

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company.

• Maintains high level of awareness as to the cleanliness of the lobby. Tends to any item that adds clutter to the lobby.
• Maintains high level of awareness as to the cleanliness of the front entrance by picking up loose trash, sweeping, emptying ashtrays, and attending to any miscellaneous clutter.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of Bell Closet and Bell desk area.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry:

• Assists with retrieving outgoing dry cleaning/laundry from Guest rooms when requested and receiving incoming items at the Bell desk.
• All Laundry must be accounted for, logged and signed at the time of pick up by Dry Cleaning service company and when the Dry Cleaning is brought back to the Hotel.
• Handles all Dry Cleaning/Laundry with extreme care and delivers as needed.
• Performs any additional tasks or assignments as requested by Management.

Shuttle Bus Driver OTHER DUTIES

Assimilate into Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of exceptional service. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.

Shuttle Bus Driver EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required plus one year experience in a customer service and driving industry preferred.

Shuttle Bus Driver LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

Class B Drivers License, Air Breaks Certification, and Passenger Endorsement required.
