We are searching for an Operations Manager to work at the Denver Branch in Denver, CO.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, testing, training and closing of mission critical and/or high-profile projects. The position is a strategic point of contact from the Denver operations and sales teams. The Operation Manager is responsible for fiscal responsibility, managing risks, resources, and other specific contract issues. This position will take Denver team ownership at a very high level.

Summary of essential job functions

• Assist General Manager to manage all aspects of Denver branch operations.
• Assist General Manager in motivating Denver branch team members.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all Denver branch team members and clients.
• Maintain effective communication and feedback with all Denver branch team members.
• Review operation team members on a biannual basis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Follow rigid deadlines.
• Give support to all Denver branch team members.
• Schedule operations team for shows, tech jobs, and daily deliveries.
• Ability to think through signal flow of audio, visual, and lighting systems based on available inventory in order to make sure that outgoing orders and quotes are complete in every detail.
• Operates AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications.
• Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment order, recommend substitutions.
• Input, adjust, and review orders in R2 as needed.
• Protect equipment from damage or theft. QC in R2, and tag with what isn’t working.
• Complies with additional requested tasks by the General Manager.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse, working areas, and company vehicles.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or related career in AV Industry is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have High School Diploma.
• Have knowledge of R-2 systems.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Knowledge of and working experience in event productions and organization

Compensation for this role is $80,000-90,000, depending on experience.
