Raymond West is seeking a quick learning Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our growing team! The Shipping and Receiving Specialist performs variety of shipping and receiving tasks in the dealership’s parts department. Principally, this position assists the Parts Department in processing inbound and outbound freight shipments for the parts department.

Essential Functions:

• Processing of inbound and outbound UPS, FedEx and Courier shipments.
• Put away stock in timely manner
• Check open purchase orders daily
• File paperwork weekly
• Close purchase orders
• Receive transfers daily
• Do weekly cycle counts
• Run van replenishment twice a week
• Process daily orders
• Check back-orders weekly
• Process warranties and SBD
• Deliver parts as needed and requested
• Freight recovery
• Counter sales via phone and in person
• Barcode all parts
• Use call log
• Tire Pressing
