Shipping in Receiving Coordinator’s in Maple Plain, MN | $18.00/Hour
Our Shipping in Receiving Coordinator’s workweek is M-F, 8am-5pm, O/T required as needed..This job is a Accounting type position that that pays $18.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Shipping in Receiving Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities –
DUTIES: - Scan and Process Parts invoices - Process all daily incoming and outgoing shipping and receiving. - Process all stock orders and put away. - Keep bin locations and rows neat and organized - Restock shelves from overstock. - Make sure all parts are transferred to Service Vans and Branches then shipped the same day. - Process all customer part sales. - Check Hold shelf and Will Call shelves daily and process any orders ready to be invoiced. - Make sure incoming and outgoing freight is charged on part sales and work orders. - File and process Parts claims/ discrepancies and create Vendor return claims if needed. - Help coordinate all stock and parts returns. - Keep parts area clean and organized. - File signed Parts Sales slips everyday. - Backup parts counter sales when/if necessary. - Other duties as assigned.

- Physical and Lifting Requirements – Ability to lift 50 lbs.
