Demant covers five business areas: Hearing Care, Hearing Aids, Hearing Implants, Diagnostics, and communications. Diagnostic Group is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join in the Eden Prairie, MN office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming packages, and distribute packages to proper personnel
• Verify order accuracy and ship orders to customers, including the following:

• Scan orders to produce invoices and shipping tickets
• Print shipping labels for all shipments
• Print and file shipping logs
• Stock incoming parts and finished goods in warehouse
• Maintain records of all parts in warehouse
• Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts
• Follow all safety guidelines

• Perform a variety of daily duties, adjusting priorities as circumstances arise

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with email and basic ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system use
