PRx Performance is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of a broad range of fitness equipment with a strong reputation of quality and customer service. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping Agent to help with accuracy and organization in our shipping processes. This position is based at our location in Fargo, North Dakota.

Position Summary:
In this role, you will work daily in our ERP system completing customer orders, picking products from shelves, staging products to load into delivery trucks/trailers all while maintaining accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• *Main duties include printing orders and labels, completing tasks assigned by Shipping Lead, and utilizing various shipping software to complete orders
• High attention to detail while picking and labeling orders
• *Ensure trucks are loaded efficiently and within weight restrictions
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service without sacrificing quality of finished product
• Self-starter who is not only conscientious about getting their work done, but also aware of other tasks that may need attention
• Enjoys a high-energy work environment and being a team player
• *Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Dependable and able to see tasks through to completion
• Forklift certified or willing to earn certification
• Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Knowledge of fitness industry a plus
