Billing and Shipping:

• Prepare shipping documents (Packing lists, Certificate of Compliance, Bills of ladings, Air waybills, Custom documents)
• Invoice all daily shipments
• Schedule courier services / truck lines for daily pick-ups
• Generate daily reports – sales/bookings register, sales re-cap report, daily ship sheet
• Order FedEx bills, UPS labels, etc.
• Schedule shipments through required customer portals – Ryder (Northrop) and SDS (Sikorsky)
• Navigate various customer portals for barcodes – create ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice)
• Receive in supplies and parts
• Daily and weekly invoice spreadsheet for Korean Air.
• Assist customer service with transfers when needed.
• Delete completed ASN information in customer portals.
• Maintain and delete empty inventory bins for a clean inventory.

Outside Processing (OSP):

• Responsibilities include – generate, adjust, and expedite purchase orders based on customer requirements
• Daily tracking of parts, secure completion dates and enforce vendor accountability
• Verify approved vendors and processing specification
• Obtain current pricing
• Receive and verify all incoming/outgoing parts from OSP
• Update OSP log
• Responsible for resolving and assisting in supplier related problems

Skills required:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access. General Internet knowledge for accessing customer information and the ability to learn new systems and applications.
• Familiar with main freight carriers, shipping options and manufacturing background favorable
• Able to work in environment with temperature variations and noise from forklift trucks and other equipment.
• A sense of organization, general work ethic and pride in work.
• Enjoys learning new skills and quickly adapts to organizational change.
• A willingness to work extra hours, or perform extra work if required. *Flexible Hours*
