This Subway is located inside Goddard Space Center - Greenbelt, MD. Government Property. Open Monday to Friday only. Closed Evening and Holiday's. Shift is from 8am to 2:15pm. The Store hours are 7:30am to 2pm.

Shift Supervisor is filled now.

Need 2 staff member roles.

This role is responsible for the daily operation of the Subway. This role will report to the Shift Supervisor and the Owner directly. For the right person, this is a easy job with a easy work schedule.

Duties

• Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food (manage food costs)
• Work with 3 other co-workers. Teach, Train and work together.
• Inspect delivery, equipment, and work areas
• Ensure that employees comply with food safety standards
• Manage budgets (food and labor costs)
• Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
• Open and Close register, count drawer and make daily deposits

This role is responsible for some (not all) functions of the business related to employees. Staff schedule is pretty much made, doesn't really change. This role will order food from Subway vendor via an app. This role will plan and help with store daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. This role with help with catering both securing orders, making them, delivery (within campus) etc... This role will have to understand Subway franchise rules and regulations. This role will communicate maintenance services for the equipment and facility in order to operate.

Owner will process payroll. Count and process daily cash deposits. Owner will hire and discipline staff when needed.

Salary: TBD - pending experience. Estimated 7 to 7 1/2 hours total a day. Certain Friday's maybe 6 hours.
