• In charge of day to day operations of a carry-out restaurant

-Learn to schedule staffing for the week-Opening procedures, filtering fryers making side dishes.-Daily chicken count sheets to track usage and plan for what needs breaded.-Proper rotation of all finished products and dry good to ensure product meets company standards.- Learn closing procedures, counting down cash drawer and preparing nightly deposits.- Master your job duties and help train staff.
