What does your job entail?
(Reliable transportation and a flexible work schedule availability is a must)

Ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes but limited to...

• Prepare all food products to the Jersey Mike's established standards
• Supervise Team Members.
• Ensure total restaurant cleanliness at all times.
• Respond appropriately to guest concerns
• Fully cross-trained in all positions
• Adept at operating all equipment
• Abide by the established Jersey Mike’s uniform and grooming standards.
• Adhere to ServSafe food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete of Phase 1 Shift Leader certification and Jersey Mike’s LMS training
• Restaurant Opening and Closing responsibilities.
• Any and all other duties necessary to properly supervise and operate the restaurant to deliver the highest quality Jersey Mike's food, service, and cultural experience

A $250 Signing Bonus will be earned after successfully completing the Basic Team Member Training Program.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
