The Service Writer acts as an intermediary between customers and branch staff.

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating work orders
- Review and maintain all repair orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Process records of parts requisitions, parts invoices, material invoices and outside labor invoices to ensure proper accounting
- Assist in scheduling of service work.
- Keep service manager informed on all work orders
- Assist with warranties
- Intermediary between parts and service, technician lead contact for parts
- Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products and service.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.

One or more years' experience in Service Writer position and/or (service or parts department)

Great communication skills

Familiarity with agricultural equipment a plus.

Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word

Self-starter with attention to detail, organization and goal oriented who is comfortable dealing with the public

Strong team player

Able to lift 25 pounds
