Moo Moo Express Car Wash is looking to add a Field Service Technician to our rapidly growing team.

Key Leadership Roles & Goals:

• Create a positive & productive wash culture through leadership, attitude and effort
• Ensure excellent wash quality through maintenance, repairs, and communication
• Build positive relations and experiences for all customers and Team Members
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Support, train, mentor and grow current and future Service Technicians, Managers and Team Members
• Strive for excellence in all that you do

Responsibilities and Duties

• Full-time position: 45+ hours per week
• Workdays: Five-day schedule
• Work Hours: Flexible contingent on pertinent tasks, weekends and weeknights as needed
• 24/7 EMERGENCY on call
• Responsible for all aspects of site maintenance and Service Request completion
• Preventative maintenance on wash equipment, building, and site
• Documentation of service, preventative maintenance, and corporate credit card expenditures
• Part sourcing and ordering
• Special projects
• Coordination with Engineering Director
