Service Manager – HVAC and Plumbing

Company and Job Summary:

Major Mechanical is now hiring for a Service Manager for the Commercial HVAC and Plumbing division. We are looking for a talented leader who wants to deliver exceptional service for our customers, as well as utilize their expert knowledge of the commercial HVAC and Plumbing industry to drive revenue and organizational growth.

The Service Manager will be an individual who is high energy, has a strong business & financial acumen, a dedication to customer service, and a desire to build and lead an established Team of quality Technicians. The ideal candidate should also be competitive and outgoing with a creative selling mindset.

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for full P&L accountability, drive business development, training, and customer service for a multi-million-dollar HVAC and Plumbing operation and will have direct supervision of the Service Technicians, and various division operations.

Position Key Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of prior experience working as an HVAC technician or previous service management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service techniques

• Experience in Service Estimating and Preventative Maintenance

• PC skills and working knowledge Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Position Compensation

• Highly competitive base salary.

$100,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience)
