Our successful, employee-owned Arkansas sign manufacturing and installation/service company is searching for a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Service/Installation Manager to lead our growing company. The applicant will collaborate professionally in a team environment with design, sales, project managers and customers.
Responsibilities:

• Service and install monument, pylon, channel letters and other types of signage
• Ensure all requirements are met on the job site and in the office.
• Lead and train our service/installation technicians.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Improve/implement processes for better efficiency, flow, and understanding.
• Ensure correct truck and equipment maintenance
• Assist in evaluating, quoting, and planning new jobs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years in construction or fabrication
• Experience managing construction sites and/or crews preferred
• Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities with consistent follow-through.
• Professional in demeanor and a true team player.
• Ability to communicate well.
• Experience with dirt work is a plus

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Pay: Based on experience.
