- Using common third-party software applications
- Using a Service Now ticketing system
- Troubleshooting on standard operating systems
- Networking protocols, and other computer-related technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Accurate and detailed note taking of calls
- Effective time management daily
- Shift schedule flexibility
- Strong customer service skills in both English/Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in both English/Spanish
