The Service Desk is responsible for providing computer technical support to company employees and delivering outstanding customer service. Handles day-to-day Windows and Apple break fix repairs while being exposed to many technological functions required to run the largest digital media company in North America. To be successful in this role you must be a self-starter, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be eager to take on multiple projects.

General Duties:

• Support the IT team with daily deliverables including documentation
• Work with the IT team to proactively fulfill support requests
• Respond to calls, e-mail messages, and interact with internal customers
• Assist with planning and execution of special projects within IT
• Create timelines and support timely roll-outs of new processes and projects
• Participate in internal and external business meetings and conference calls
• Move computers to meet customer needs between our Sherman Oaks and Burbank office locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to: end user network connectivity, VPN and remote access, standard software and hardware, and printers and peripherals
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field or equivalent knowledge with 1-2 years of related professional experience
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, XP, 7
• Working knowledge of Apple operating systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
• Working knowledge of Internet technology
• Working knowledge of various printers
• Technical proficiency in the areas of Hardware/Software, Network/Remote Access technology, Account administration and wireless networking technology
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions
• Must be able to prioritize all tasks and work in a fast paced work environment
• Solid knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
