Service Desk Analyst (onsite)

Full Time/Direct-Hire

Downtown Denver - 16th Street Mall

OVERVIEW

Our client is growing their Service Desk and need a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join in their mission to provide consistent high quality customer support through meaningful interactions, high first-call resolution rates, and quick ticket closure times. You will provide level 1 & 2 ticket resolution, help desk troubleshooting assistance, as well as providing support and resolution to all software and hardware issues concerning laptop/desktop computers, mobile devices/phones, and printers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hardware and Software support of Windows based Laptops, Desktops, Tablets
  • 1+ Years of Helpdesk Support experience with a high volume of successfully closed tickets.
  • 1+ Years of Desktop Support experience within enterprise level environments.
  • Ticketing experience is a must (Cherwell, Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Phone and Hands-on Microsoft Office 2007 – 2016 troubleshooting experience
  • Active Directory Experience
  • Hardware support/laptop imaging

RESPONSIBILITIES/DAY TO DAY

You will be responsible for tier 1 and some tier 2 support. The focus of this role will be customer service. You will be troubleshooting issues with Windows based OS (Via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams chat). You need to be well versed in Windows 7 – 10 and all of MS Office (specifically Active Directory). Other day to day will include – creating tickets, adding users to Sunflower, giving people access, password resets, etc. Your customer service skills MUST be great, we are looking for go-getters.

TEAM INFORMATION

The Service desk team is the single point of contact for internal users. Typically, they manage incidents and service requests, and handle all communication for IT related issues. The team is a mix of Service Desk Analysts/Techs focused on software issues, as well as IT asset managers more focused on hardware and imaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
