Position Responsibilities

• Greet every customer, one at a time, as they pull up to the service drive.
• Ask the reason for the visit and assign the customer to a service advisor.
• Walk the customer to the service lounge and let them know that (service advisor name here) will be right with them and offer a cup of coffee or bottle of water.
• Communicate with the service advisor directly to begin the process of the write up.
• The candidates for this position MUST be able to smile and be sincere with EVERY guest.
• Must be a true "people person" and committed to delivering a world class customer experience.
• Must be able to multitask with a smile!

Position Requirements and Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• General understanding of Microsoft Office and Technology
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow instruction, compose light correspondence and memos
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
