We are seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys a fast paced environment and can deliver extraordinary high quality customer service to our clientele. Acura of Pembroke Pines is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join the Service team. Our Service Advisors are responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their concerns, advise them of their options, and sell and schedule service/repair work on their vehicles. The Service Advisor serves as a liaison between our Customers and Technicians, swiftly resolving questions and any matters that may occur.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
At least 6 months of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer at dealership or independent vehicle service facility required
Customer Service experience preferred
Previous sales/negotiation experience a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-through
Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Professional appearance and good work ethics
Must be able to clearly address customer queries or concerns
Able to handle minor customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Valid Drivers License
Must pass criminal background check and drug test
Must be authorized to work in the United States
