JOB OVERVIEW:

PAY: Hourly + Tip Share

Assist servers in delivering food to guests and responding to their requests, clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Clean off all plate and glassware from tables that have left.
• Re-set the table in the restaurants style.
• Make sure the table is set properly and clean.
• Make sure the chairs and floor area around the table is clean.
• Bring all dishware to the dish area for cleaning.
• Re-stocking service stands.
• Making sure the beverage station was full (coffee, tea etc.)
• Emptying trash
• Bringing clean glassware to the bar area.
• Getting ice
• Bringing out the linen.
• Folding napkins

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Must meet state legal age requirements. Must speak fluent English.
