  Working as a member of a cross-functional agile product development pod projects from start to finish
• Working with key stakeholders to gather requirements
• Collaborating on the overall design of the user experience working with the business and technical consultants to design the most appropriate solution
• Creating smart, effective, engaging and visual appealing user experiences
• Understanding the unique solution and branding requirements on each of our engagements to facilitate both communications and the most appropriate visual design
• Understanding the client’s existing brand, marketing, and style guidelines to ensure our deliverables are in alignment
• Researching and understanding the target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and create relevant artifacts, such as personas and journey maps
• Generating detailed workflows and wireframes
• Responsible for the visual design aspect of the overall UI
• Creating and iteratively refining visual design comps based upon feedback
• Creating elegant visual design with thoughtful typography, color, and composition
• Developing design systems
• Creating assets (iconography, illustration, etc.) to enhance a design
• Working with developers to realize the user experience, provide creative QA, and support implementation

• 4-6 years of industry experience as a versatile designer
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Strong knowledge and experience with varying and current UX research methodologies
• Experience working across desktop & mobile digital products
• Proficient with prototyping tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, InVision
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG 2.0 or higher
• Experience designing with Atomic Design in support of pattern libraries and design systems
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
• Must have a digital portfolio to share
