One Federal Solution (OFS) is looking for a Senior Technical Representative to provide technical and programmatic activities for several Federal Government requirements. This position ensures the timely accomplishment of all specified requirements and works with senior management to establish program priorities. The Senior Technical Representative will provide vital leadership with business and financial management. The Senior Technical Representative must have experience in technical contracts. This role requires experience in the NAVY.
Senior Technical Representative duties will include:

Senior Technical Representative duties will include:
Provide a full spectrum of program and project management for initial planning, to execution and close out.
Expertise includes supporting the planning activities to define milestones, coordinating project activities, resource scheduling, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Provide the overall task order effort as a Key Person and serve as the primary point of contact with the NUWC Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Ability to independently commit company resources to performance under the task order, and maintain line of communication to senior company management.
Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate people to work towards achieving the customer’s goals.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing draft project management plans, definitized tasking documentation, and cost estimates.
- Demonstrated experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) and Financial/Cost Analysis.
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with current Navy financial systems and Navy ERP Transactions.
- Must have experience in the NAVY
