Keno Kozie Associates is a leading, national IT solutions provider specializing in solutions and support tailored to the
legal industry. We are actively seeking professionals to join our Engineering team located in Chicago.

Our ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, hardworking, highly organized with solid technical skills and experience in
building relationships with customers. The ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment both independently and
as part of a team is critical. Extended hours are required when necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Lead and take ownership of high profile network implementations and projects 

Collaborate with project managers and other project team members 

Assist with quality control efforts to maintain client satisfaction 

Mentor Associate, Level 1 and Level 2 Engineers in the department. Identify talent and provide guidance to
Senior Management on how best to foster and promote success amongst staff. 

Strengthen relationships with current clients and foster the foundations for new clients. 

Identify new opportunities, make recommendations for upgrades and communicate with other K2 departments
and resources when required. 

Assist Account Managers with complex proposals and technical presale meetings at clients.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Exceptional problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Significant technical experience with installing/supporting Windows networks.
• Strong Network Administration experience

• Experience with implementing and supporting various backup and antivirus solutions. Exposure to disaster

• MCSE/related technical certification or Minimum of 5 years of related work experience

• Significant technical understanding of the following technologies:

o Microsoft Exchange and/or Office 365
o SQL Server
o Citrix and/or Microsoft Terminal Server
o Firewalls, routers and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki, Extreme, Dell, HP)
o Virtualization (VMware, VMware View, Hyper-V)
o SAN (Compellent, Dell EqualLogic, EMC, etc.)
o Desktop imaging and deployment technologies
o Document Management (e.g. iManage, Open Text DM, WorldDox, NetDocuments)
