SALARY RANGE: $55,000 to $70,000, based upon experience.

Real Equity Management is a privately owned design-build and full-service property management firm. REM's asset portfolio is centered around both commercial and residential real estate. Their primary focus however is in market-rate and student apartment communities. REM currently oversees properties in Missouri Oklahoma and Kentucky.
SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT POSITION:
We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant that can adapt and wear multiple hats within our Accounting Team. This position will handle the full-cycle accounting process for a group of diverse entities and partake in the financial analysis of our business operations.
SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full cycle accounting for assigned entities, including financial statement preparation
- Perform cash and bank reconciliations
- Process and analyze inter-company billings
- Monitor prepaid and accrual schedules
- General ledger reconciliation and analysis
- Accounts receivable reconciliations
- Loan tracking and reporting
SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
