Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of software development experience (C# .NET)
- Hands-on experience building APIs and microservices
- Expert knowledge in Azure with hands-on experience
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (relational databases, columnstore)
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools, experience with containers (Docker)
- Very strong problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to act as an agile coach
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and design patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
- Abilities to effectively work with people at all levels in the organization and communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with front-end development including SPA development (React) is a plus
