PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is an advanced information technology engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions. SRC is looking for a Senior Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Technical Analyst candidate to provide technical assistance and recommendations regarding the planning, implementation, and management of Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (IO) systems. Support includes providing high quality engineering advisory services as they relate to evaluating future capability requirements, training and planning support, assisting in the development of doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, advocating requirements in support of future effects-based warfare, assessment of Research & Development (R&D) and Science and Technology (S&T) efforts, and managing functional data for Information Operations for our U.S. Navy IO customer located in Ft. Meade, MD. Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Provides systems engineering and technical support for ongoing Information Operations and advanced technology developments and policies to the Navy IO Customer
• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) of ongoing SIGINT issues and operations and provide detailed analysis to senior military and civilian officials
• Provides SME for development of Fleet employment of IO and related systems to include CONOP, CONEMP, and OPTASK development
• The Contractor shall provide subject matter expertise support in meetings, technical working groups, technical exchange meetings, and Commander's Update Briefs
• Provide assessments, advanced development priorities, and the review of R&D and S&T programs, proposals, projects, and others as directed
• Performs investigations, analysis, and demonstrations for advanced technologies and capabilities
• Communicate requirements, work products, progress, and deliverables schedules to senior level civilians and military personnel

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 plus years of experience providing systems engineering support to U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FCC)/10th Fleet (C10F) or like commands as it relates to advancing IO and Cryptologic war fighting capabilities for Naval, Joint, and Allied Forces by providing operationally focused training and planning support, assisting in the development of doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), advocating requirements in support of future effects-based warfare, assisting with R&D and S&T efforts, and managing functional data for IO
• Proficiency drafting flag level communications, both email and formal letters, to multiple technical, policy, and fleet issues dealing with SIGINT
• Experience recommending end-to-end Data Engineering capabilities

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience developing Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Concept of Employment (CONEMP), and Operational Tasking (OPTASK)
• Experience conducting assessments of R&D programs and Fleet requirements, and assist with the employment of PMW 120 IO and related systems to include CONOP, CONEMP, and OPTASK development

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI with CI POLY LEVEL
