• Works effectively with the SEO and digital marketing teams to ensure the success of organic search initiatives by conducting the following responsibilities:
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
• Plan and implement local and national SEO campaigns
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
• Maintain strictest confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Execute technical SEO audits
• Collaborate with outside agencies on projects and initiatives
• Conduct keyword analyses
• Optimize, publish, edit, update pages and posts on WordPress based websites
• Maintains positive relationships with all staff.
• Asks for and accepts feedback from supervisors and team members.
• Contributes positively to the morale of other staff members.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or 1-3 years equivalent experience
• 3 to 8 years experience working primarily with SEO or Content Strategy/Marketing preferred
• Previous experience with SEO in Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Healthcare highly desirable

• Data-driven, analytical thinker with sound business judgement
• Results-driven with detailed knowledge of metrics including KPI tracking, A/B Testing and ROI analysis.
• Self-starter with an ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with the ability to analyze changes related to Google Search Algorithm
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to details written and oral
• Excellent computer and record keeping skills
