- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Seven years of progressive corporate and/or higher education experience with a focus on executive candidate generation.
- Five plus years of advising and influencing senior executives.
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws relating to the recruitment and employment functional areas of Human Resources.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems to source, track and manage postings and applicants. Skill in using office computer information systems to organize, store, manipulate, and retrieve data.
- Highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage multiple assignments and competing priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and trust with clients, peers and candidates. Focused on providing a high level of customer service and follow through.
- Strong ability in high-judgement decision making and experience working with confidential information.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
- Skill in defining and executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
- Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and our recruiting team.
- Experience with high volume recruiting.
- Experience at an institution of higher education.
- PHR/SPHR certification.
- Bilingual English / Spanish.
