Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a part-time Senior Program Manager to join our team! This person will provide Subject Matter Expertise for development of Weapon System Components. The candidate will be involved in all phases of development, planning, manufacture and inspection. This position is located at Picatinny Arsenal.

What will you be doing?*

This position will be a key member of the Prototype Engineering team. Duties include:

• Support weapon system developmental projects in the area of advanced materials
• Review designs and processes
• Coordinate changes throughout the development process
• Provide support and guidance to the manufacturers and engineers
• Solve complex problems
• Analyze tech-base activities to fulfill technology gaps
• Flexibility to travel to visit customers and/or suppliers when needed

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

• 35 Years Armament Engineering analysis and materials and manufacturing Experience
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required
• Thorough knowledge of DoD development and production of advanced systems
• Thorough knowledge of Current and Future Lethality/Munition System Technologies
• Ability to work well with and train other employees
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have active Secret Clearance or higher
• Must be a US Citizen
• UTRS has COVID-19 vaccination status requirement.
