Description

SAIC is looking for a well-qualified, Senior Program Analyst professional to join an exciting program in Suitland, MD to provide tailored systems engineering support for classified systems that have or are preparing to enter operations and maintenance phases ( pre- and post-acquisition). Provide technical analysis and program/project management support for the development of life-cycle strategies, requirements, work statements, technical papers/presentations pertinent to system documentation. Serve as the Configuration Manager implementing and maintaining processes for configuration management and document control, and schedule/milestone establishment and tracking. Coordinate and participate in program and technical status meetings/reviews, developing inputs, documenting proceedings, and tracking action items. Provide sound planning and estimating services to validate engineering estimates for purchasing and ROM preparations. Manage and track all classified and unclassified shipments between contractor, Government, and partner facilities. Coordinate with various organizations to arrange cargo transport.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• An active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for access to sensitive compartmented information (TS/SCI);
• The ability to complete a counter-intelligence scope polygraph (post-hire)
• Shall have a Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of equivalent experience
• Shall have at least 5 years experience providing configuration management, planning and estimating, and commitment tracking.

Desired Qualifications:

• An active Top Secret clearance with access to SCI and CI Polygraph;
• Experience in following areas is desired: serving as the Configuration Manager and/or Action Item Coordinator; managing and tracking shipping and receiving for multiple activities.
