Job description
Day-to-Day: This is an experienced BIM Coordinator position where the personnel will translate design intent contract documents or 3D design models of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems into fabrication and installation detail Building Information Models (BIM's) utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software. Work with engineers and managers to produce LOD400 BIM for mechanical and plumbing systems. Work with General Contractor and other subcontractors to achieve spatial coordination of all trades.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Installation or 3D modeling of MEP's
- AutoCAD, Revit or Autodesk Navisworks software experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
