Overview:
FUSE Group is the foundation for the buildings that shape our landscape. We’re a one-stop shop for a broad array of construction services by our self-performing contractors, including general requirements, equipment and supply, concrete, and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Time collection and audit for weekly payroll process
- Handle employment verifications, garnishments, IRS levies, and other miscellaneous compliance issues
- Processing of multi-state weekly payroll, check printing, reconciliation and distribution
- Production of weekly labor reports, personnel change reports and other management reports as requested
- Payroll tax deposits and reconciliations
- Coordinate and produce weekly Payroll reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Three to five years of related payroll and accounting experience.
- Experience with Timberline payroll required.
- Ability to work effectively with staff throughout the Company.
- Outstanding team player with good interpersonal skills
